Beginning Sunday January 27th 2013, We will once again be holding our All You Can Eat Breakfast at our New Village Firehouse located at 37 second street New Village, NJ 08808. The breakfast will be held on every 4th Sunday of the month from 7am thru 11am! Please come out and support your local Firefighters.***

The Franklin Township Fire Department is located in Warren County, New Jersey. The Department consists of 3 stations located in New Village, Broadway and Asbury.  The Department is 65 members strong with 11 pieces of apparatus.  

The Department is led into action by Chief Raymond Read. Along with the Chief, Line Officers consists of 2 -  Asst. Chiefs, 3 -  Captains, 3 -  Lieutenants and 2 - Safety Officers. Our membership also includes Firefighters, EMTs, Fire Police and Jr. Members along with the Administrative Officers of the Department. 

The primary coverage is a rural area of 24 square miles consisting of 15,360 acres. Besides providing coverage to the Department’s primary area, coverage is also afforded to an area of 8.5 square miles consisting of 5440 acres in Bethlehem Township located in Hunterdon County, New Jersey and runs mutual aid with several other departments and companies in both Warren County and Hunterdon County.

WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS:
If you are interested in helping your community we would like to provide you with the training and equipment needed to become a valuable member of our Fire Company. Membership is open to males and females, ages 18 and over. We are also looking for Fire Police as well as Junior Members ages 15 - 17. (Must have consent from Parent  /  Guardian).
If interested go to the Becoming a Member page where you can submit a preliminary online Application and find out more information on this topic, or you can stop by the Firehouse any Monday night between 7:00 & 8:00 pm, Email us from this site, or call one of the stations and leave a message, one of our officers will get back to you ASAP.
